Our bespoke options are designed to work with larger heavy electric catering equipment such as combination ovens and heavy duty electric catering equipment. Increase capacity in your existing kitchen or set up a cooking station in a location previously determined unsuitable for cooking equipment. 

Our range comprises of seven approved models manufactured to ISO 9001:2008 which will accommodate multiple pieces of equipment of up to 3600mm wide.  It utilises 6 stages of sequential filtration to remove grease, fine particulate, smoke & odour.  Our units come complete with pre-programmed fan control system and filter life monitoring package with safety cut-off features.  Sold with an onsite 2 year warranty for your peace of mind.

• RC2100 for electric appliances up to 2100mm long
• RC2400 for electric appliances up to 2400mm long
• RC2700 for electric appliances up to 2700mm long
• RC3000 for electric appliances up to 3000mm long
• RC3300 for electric appliances up to 3300mm long
• RC3600 for electric appliances up to 3600mm long
