Norwich Family Golf Center - (Near Easton College)
Brief: To design and fit a high spec working commercial kitchen with stringent time scales according to the builder Omnis Construction. We also supplied all the equipment for the new bar including glass washers, bottle coolers, Ice machine. We also supplied all the Tableware for the restaurant and kitchen.
Work included CAD design, fabrication, final connection of appliances and appropriate certificates as required, supply and delivery.
Top Central London Dental Surgery
A more unusual request from an interior designer, but as always we love a challenge. We were asked to fabricate in catering grade steel, special work tops, shelf system and sinks for a exclusive dental surgery in London.
Work included CAD drawings, site meetings, cutting, fabrication in our own workshop and fitting on site with our own engineers.

11 Bar and Kitchen Norwich
Brief: To design and fit an efficient working commercial kitchen on the top floor of the building to conform to all current legislation. We also supplied all the back bar equipment including wine fridges, bottle coolers, glass washers, and storage racks
Work included CAD design, fabrication, supply and delivery.

West Street Diner - Boston (Lincs)
Brief; To supply and fit a restaurant / diner capable of serving every style of take away food in the business from Pizza to Kentucky chicken to a hot style buffet. We supplied and fitted the counter servery area first, then supplied and fitted the kitchen equipment including chargrills, Pizza oven, Kebeb machines, Henny Penny fryers, sinks, tables, rotisserie, Pizza counters. All to the customers budget.
Inn on the Green at New Buckenham, Norfolk (formerly TheGeorge)
Brief to design and supply a fully fitted kitchen to current legislation.
Work included: CAD drawings, fabrication of all tables and sinks, Fabricate a Chefs hot pass with storage under, Extraction canopy with a gas interlocking system, a frsh air supply, To supply and fit of all catering equipment including Chargrill, fryers, cooking range, refrigeration, dish and glass washers, Ice machine.

Costa Coffee - Lutterworth, Coleville, 2 in Cambridge, Newport Pagnel, Lowestoft, Bourne in Lincolnshire, Wellingborough, Oadby, Rushden, St Ives (Cambridgeshire) and Oakham
Brief: To design, supply and fit the back of house area to be able to work efficiently under extremly busy conditions.
Scope of works: Supply and installation of a Dishwasher system, Ice machines, refrigeration also to supply and fit the front of house water boilers and under counter refrigerated storage.

Brief: The customer needed a bespoke chefs Hot pass with built in refrigeration to be able to cope with a very hot and busy kitchen.

Brief: To design, supply and install a high tech production kitchen to current legislation to cope with a high volume of School children in a short service period.
Work Included: CAD drawings, project management, installation and commission of all gas and electrical appliances, design, manufacture and installation of the extraction canopy - supply and fit of the gas interlocking system. Design and build of the walk in Cold and Freezer rooms, manufacture and deliver the stainless steel sinks.

Brief: To design, supply and install a working kitchen in the smallest space we have ever completed.
Work included: Organising new gas supplies for the customer, through to project management, lease finance, installation and commission of all gas and electrical equipment.
